You are a blessing. Tragedy struck on Marchbringing with it a conflagration which destroyed parts of Colegio de San Jose. We went there every Saturday morning with smiles on our faces and hearts ready to help the people and the community at all times with the activities that we planned like teaching elementary students, particularly grades three and four of Tabangao Aplaya Elementary School, cleaning different areas, painting several areas in the barangay like the MRF, plant boxes and walls, and planting plants that add beauty to the environment.
All these thoughts might be overwhelming for you, but as you share in the mission of reconciliation, know that you are most certainly not alone. This is to let you know that you are special. Happy birthday to an extraordinary teacher!
Years have passed, still I remember how you used to teach us and make us learn the important aspects of life in such an easy way. In this, unity and teamwork were made and developed. Many of us have become what we are today because of the inspiration we found in you.
Back then I never knew that every disciplinary action was pushing me towards the person I am today. We love you very much! We prayed for each teacher by name and prayed over common areas such as the lunch room, gym, and playground as well.
